Information

All prices listed on web site are estimated and a firm price will be quoted upon each enquiry, unless otherwise stated all journeys are one way, waiting time for return journeys will be charged at the rate of £25 per hour or part thereof

 

One pick up / drop off point is the quoted price additional pick ups / drop offs £5 extra, journeys with additional mileage from that quoted will be charged at the rate of £1.75 per mile.

 

Seat Belts / Child Seats

Seat belts must be worn at all times whilst the vehicle is in motion. Please note children age of 10 and under are not permitted to travel in the front seats. Child seats if required may be available if requested in advance. We are also happy to store your own child seats after outward bound journey making available for return

Tracking of Your Flight

If for any reason your flight is delayed or indeed early we will monitor the situation and where possible will amend our travel plans to accommodate your needs. It would be helpful if you can advise by text any change in your travel arrangements etc so that we can plan effectively.

Overnight Stay / Early Start

On long journeys, rest and comfort breaks will be taken as and when required in the interest of passenger and driver safety. For early morning collection from flights from London Airports etc we will travel the night before and stay in overnight accommodation at additional cost if required, to ensure that we are fresh and safe for the journey ahead.

Assistance Dogs / Pets

Assistance dogs are welcome and pets are generally not permitted in the vehicle unless previously agreed.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted at any time

Collections at Airport / Stations etc
Our driver will look to meet and greet you and your party at the appropriate terminal /platform / seaport etc. We will park our vehicle to coincide with your due arrival date and time we will allow 30 minutes free of charge from time of landing / arrival for you to make contact and be available for travel, after this time we will charge 40p per minute waiting time.

Minimum Journey

Please note that our minimum charge is £25 each Journey

Unsociable Hours
Please consider that our drivers will prepare for your journey at least one hour prior to collection / arrival we will therefore charge 10% extra than advertised rate for any journey that commences or finishes between the hours of 12 midnight and 6am.
We charge extra for Christmas and New Years Eve and Christmas, Boxing and New Years Day .
Baggage

Please book the appropriate size vehicle for both your passenger comfort and baggage needs. The maximum space available for a car size would be 4 adults and 4 carry on cases or 3x20kg cases. Anything exceeding this would require MPV booking. Please also advise if you have particularly bulky items i.e Golf bags, cycles, prams etc.

Accessibility

Please consider for a number of sporting events in addition to extra traffic / congestion road closures may be in place making drop off and collection difficult and possibly causing delay. Please discuss with your driver the best option in advance

We will be happy to discuss your transport requirements for your business travel with the following advantages:

Please note the published charges for all toll parking fees etc will be extra to the price of your journey unless others agreed

Cancellation Policy
Please note that all bookings may be cancelled free of charge 24 hours in advance by email or text confirmed as received by ourselves. If we have incurred travel time and costs then we will expect full reimbursement if you fail to show or cancel a booking within 24 hours
